Davidbekian Games is an annual competition-festival organized by the "Davidbekian Games" public organization, bringing together patriotic military organizations, educational institutions, and youth teams from Armenia. The event stands out for its focus on promoting patriotic education, physical preparedness, and the appreciation of cultural values.

Our goals are to:

• Raise the patriotic spirit of the public,
• Promote the physical preparedness and tactical skills of young people,
• Strengthen the appreciation of cultural, spiritual, and historical values,
• Create a platform for cooperation between patriotic military organizations, educational institutions, and sports teams,
• Stimulate interest in the historical and cultural heritage of Syunik.

A look back at our achievements:

• 2022: Our first games were held at the Baghaberd camp in Kapan, with 8 teams participating.
• 2023: The second games took place at the Vanek camp in Kapan (which later became the permanent camp location for the Davidbekian Games), with 10 teams taking part.
• 2024: The event expanded, welcoming 12 teams.

2025 Davidbekian Games – More Scalable and Inclusive

This year, the competition-festival is planned in two phases:

• First phase: July 7-13 and July 14-20, with 20 teams competing in two groups.
• Final phase: July 28 to August 3, between the 6 best teams.
